This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds are processed and how you can request one.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable only under the following condition:
- If a user encounters a technical error while submitting their service request form through our website or digital platforms during the transaction process, resulting in the failure of service processing and payment deduction.
We do not provide refunds for completed services or for delays caused by external factors, such as government RTO processing timelines, incorrect information provided by the user, or non-submission of required documents.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- If incorrect or incomplete information is submitted by the user.
- If the user voluntarily cancels the service request after submission.
- If the service process has already started or been completed on your behalf.
- If delays occur due to government RTO office processing, public holidays, or unavoidable circumstances beyond our control.
- If the technical issue is due to the user’s internet connection, device compatibility, or browser issues.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, you must notify us within 24 hours of the issue occurring. Kindly provide the following details when contacting us:
- Full Name
- Registered Mobile Number
- Email Address
- Date and Time of Transaction
- Description of the Issue/Error
- Screenshot of the error message (if available)
- Transaction ID/Payment Proof

Refund Review and Processing Time
Once we receive your refund request, our team will review the issue within 3 working days. If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original mode of payment within 7 to 10 working days.
